New Executive Director of Family Dynamics
We are very pleased to welcome Robbyn Rempel as the new Executive Director of Family Dynamics, effective April 13, 2026. Robbyn brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in Manitoba’s social services sector, along with a deep understanding of Family Dynamics from her previous senior leadership role within the organization. Throughout her career, she has held key roles including Chief Administration Officer with the Métis Child and Family Services Authority, Director of Human Resources at The Link: Youth and Family Supports, and most recently, she worked with the Manitoba Government and General Employees’ Union. She is widely recognized for her collaborative leadership style, strong labour relations expertise, and ability to build trusted relationships across teams and partners. Robbyn’s passion for community combined with her commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive leadership, positions her well to lead Family Dynamics into its next chapter. We are excited to welcome her back and look forward to the leadership and care she will bring to the organization.
