We offer Counselling for individuals, couples and families, as well as group services for those who wish to make positive changes in their lives. Counselling is available in person or virtually.

We have Family Resource Centres in seven Manitoba Housing communities that promote healthy families and strong communities. Virtual programming available during the pandemic.

Families and Schools Together

Our program improves connections and relationships between schools and families and parents and children; promotes the full potential of every child. Virtual Families and Schools Together Programs offered during the pandemic.

Family Supports for Newcomers

No Cost

We provide wrap around case management supports to permanent residents, refugee claimants, temporary resident and naturalized citizens who have multiple barriers and complex needs requiring additional support to adapt to life in Canada.

Behaviour Support (Family & Child Care Resources)

No Cost

We work with licensed child care providers and families to support children who are in licensed child care settings and presenting with behavioural, developmental and social-emotional needs or challenges.

In-Home Family Support

No Cost/Sliding Fees

We provide short-term practical assistance to your family to empower you to reach goals that restore, support and enhance family functioning during difficult circumstances.

Community Settlement Program

No Cost

We provide settlement services to newcomers living in Fort Garry, Fort Rouge-River Heights-Tuxedo, and St.James.

Parent Coach

No Cost

Our Parent Coach Program offers short-term home-based support for families who want to strengthen their parenting and/or home management skills. Weekly sessions are available in the comfort of your home or virtually if preferred.
