Millie has dedicated 30 plus years of exceptional service to Family Dynamics, supporting the staff and, most importantly strengthening families within the community
Over her long and distinguished career with Family Dynamics, Millie has contributed her expertise in several key roles across the organization. Her deep understanding of our mission and community we serve has shaped her leadership over the past 9 years as Executive Director.
Throughout her tenure, Millie has devoted countless hours advancing the mission of Family Dynamics. She guided the organization through strategic planning, setting priorities, responding to the many needs of the Family Dynamics community and, significantly, leading us through the challenges of a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic. Through it all, her steady presence, respectful approach and unwavering focus on people’s needs ensured that Family Dynamics remained a trusted resource in times of uncertainty.
The board will deeply miss Millie’s wisdom, sense of humor and kindness. We extend our congratulations to Millie and wish her joy and fulfillment in the next stage of her life with family and friends.
The Board of Family Dynamics has already begun the search for a new Executive Director with the support of Summit Search Group, and we are committed to a thoughtful and seamless transition for our staff, families, and community partners.
