Henry Stanley Haskins.Darlene is a Charted Professional in Human Resources (Candidate), and brings over 15 years in talent management, resource planning, strategic implementation, and human resources experience. Currently the Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition for the Bank of Nova Scotia, she leverages the above for over 100 retail branches in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Western ON. As a single parent, Darlene has personal insight into the benefits of family support through experience using resources similar to those of Family Dynamics. She has prior experience volunteering on the board of her daughter’s daycare, served two years as President of the Music Association with a local junior high, and represented her daughter’s football team as Senior Manager. Joining the Board of Directors will allow Darlene to use her personal and professional experience to contribute to resources she believes has made her family as strong as it is today.

Markus Erkelenz
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with majors in Accounting and Finance. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Prince2 Practitioner, and is Prosci Change Management certified.
He was elected to the governing council (board) of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Manitoba in 2017 and has served as the Registrar of the Institute since 2018.
Markus enjoys sports in general with a big interest in Martial Arts. He is a black belt certified Kyokushin Karate practitioner and instructor who has conducted many community-based seminars.
As a new board member, he is looking forward to connecting and with Family Dynamics and being able to apply his own experiences when he first immigrated to Canada / Manitoba in 2003.

Soliana also worked for Family Dynamics as a Case Coordinator working with high needs refugees. Soliana graduated from the University of Manitoba in Human Ecology. In her spare time, Soliana volunteers in her community, loves to cook and enjoy time with her family.
